L'Etoffe Fabrics ships via United State Postal Service. Orders are shipped 1 -2 business days after order is made except for weekends and holidays. We try to ship packages based on the quickest and most affordable rate either ground or priority flat rate 1 -3 days. You will receive a tracking number for your order. Please keep in mind estimating shipping costs for fabric can be challenging and computers cannot always estimate accurately. If for some reason you feel the shipping cost for your order is too high please contact us and we will make any corrections.
For international orders: yes we ship internationally. Depending on which country and the cost of shipping we may request the customer to use a mail forwarding service. Please contact us for more information or for a shipping quote.

For this reason we offer a complementary swatch service, use the custom request form at the bottom of each page to make this request. If your order is incorrect or damaged please contact us within 4 days of package receipt. No returns are accepted for patterns and books. On buttons and notions we will accept returns but refund will not cover shipping to and from customer, all returns must first get approval requested 4 days after receipt of order.
